Belt conveyor line width: The width of light belt conveyor lines is mostly 300-600 mm, which is suitable for small items, such as electronic components and food packaging, and is convenient for precise transportation and operation, the width of medium-sized belt conveyor lines is 600-1200 mm, which is used for luggage, small mechanical products, etc., the width of heavy-duty belt conveyor lines can reach 1200-2000 mm or more. When conveying large and heavy goods, sufficient width can ensure the stable placement and transportation of goods.
Length: The length is highly flexible, as short as 1-2 meters, which is used for short-distance material transfer in the workshop, the length can reach tens of meters or even hundreds of meters. In large storage centers or production workshops, long-distance conveyor lines can connect different functional areas to realize long-distance transportation of goods.
Height: The working surface height is usually 750-1000 mm, which is close to ergonomic design and easy for workers to operate. In an automated production line, the height will be determined according to the upstream and downstream equipment to ensure smooth material delivery.
